Refund policy

We want you to be fully happy with your AKO by Jess products.

1. Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at jess@akobyjess.com. We require the item to be returned to us before processing a repair, replacement, or refund. For damaged items, AKO by Jess covers the cost of return shipping. Refunds are made back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and assessed.  
Please note: 1.1 - Following the care/washing instructions is essencial to keep your product in good conditions. 1.2 - Each AKO by Jess product is individually hand printed using traditional lino block techniques. This means that minor variations in placement, texture, or ink coverage are part of the unique character of your piece. These natural differences are not considered faults or defects under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Change of Mind / Exchanges: Refunds are not available for change of mind. At our discretion, we may kindly offer an exchange or store credit if the product is clearly unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense. Exchanges or credits are only processed once the returned item is received and confirmed in the required condition.

3. Exclusions: Original artworks, custom orders, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.

4. Return Process: Email jess@akobyjess.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions for sending the item back. Once received and approved, your refund, exchange, or credit will be processed.
